Refund policy
- Order takes 2-5 working days maximum “depending on your location” excluding Fridays and official holidays.
- If a client cancels one or two orders, doesn't receive their order. They will be required to pay online or via InstaPay in advance for their next purchase to ensure sustainability.
- Our top-notch quality control ensures near perfection in our provided products, though occasional errors can occur. If you received a defective/ leaked/ damaged product you're entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost!
